isiah's top 5 worst lol

As a head coach you are supposed to make the team better than what it was before, but Thomas has done nothing but bring bad news to them.

5- Him vs. MJ

Like honestly, why would you want to be enemies with one of the greatest basketball players of all time. In the 1985 NBA All Star Game, thomas played on the team Eastern conference team with NBA rookie Michael Jordan. Thomas and his other vet players did not want mike to steal the show so they chucked him. Thomas thought it was funny that he felt that way, all the other players denied ever chucking mike but Thomas opened his big mouth and said it was crazy that he thought they would do something like that. After one game between the Pistons and the Bulls 8 players from the Pistons walked off the court without shaking hands with the Bulls, of course Thomas was amongst the 8.

4-Him vs. Steph

It seems like he has beef with almost everybody that plays ball. This time he is a head coach and is beefing with the players. One game he decided not to start point guard Stephon Marbury in Phoenix. Maybe his reason for doing this was legit but Steph was not having that one. This brought nothing but negative media to the Knicks.

3- Is he Racist

Or maybe he's just a hater!!
In 1987 the Pistons played the Celtics, Dennis Rodman and Thomas were hating stating that he was overrated because he was a white player playing in a predominatly black sport. Isiah was quoted saying, "I think Larry is a very, very good basketball player. He's an exceptional talent, but I have to agree with Rodman. If he were black, he'd be just another good guy." As if that was not bad enough he was caught saying he did not care about these "____ing white people" or these "____ing season ticket holders." He denied ever saying that but at the same time why would she make that up?

2- sexual harrasment

In October 2006, Thomas and The Garden was sued for seual harrasment by a Ms. Sanders. Thomas was accused of making moves towards the lady he said he was in love with her over and over again. Maybe she was just playing hard to get I dont know but what he was doing she ain't like. The Garden had to pay Ms. Sanders $11.6 million because of him, not only is he losing games but he costing them money like what is is good with this guy. "I'm innocent, I'm very innocent, and I did not do the things she has accused me in this courtroom of doing," Thomas said after the decision. "I'm extremely disappointed that the jury did not see the facts in this case." Thomas admitted under oath that he did in fact call Sanders a "bitch". During his testimony, Thomas also claimed it was appropriate to exchange hugs and kisses with co-workers. Quoted from wiki.com

1-Drug Overdose

Why would you do that?
Oct. 2008 Thomas was emitted into White Plains Hospital Center for ovedosing on sleeping pills. He was unconsious but breathing, him and his daughter both claimed he accidently did that but i think he was just upset about what a horrible season he had with the Knicks so he tried to kill himself.

IS LEBRON A POSSIBILTY?

LeBron James or "King James" as you all my know contract with the Cavs will be up in 2010. Knicks general manager made salary cap space freeing up players like Jamal Crawford, Zach Randolph, and Stephon Marbury in order to make money space for the king to play in New York.

Some fans want LeBron to come so they can see the Knicks in and actually win the playoffs. Some do not want to see him at all they have faith in their team and believe that they can do it without James help. Personally I'm having mixed feelings, as a Knicks fan I would love to see the Knicks go into the playoffs by any means necessary but at the same time I think they had a strong team from the beginning of the season.

Jamal Crawford and Nate Rob are both good guards and Zach Randolph and David Lee both could put in work down low. Steph leaving was a good decision he was not much of a team player. Like dead ass why would you fly all the way from Phoenix to New York just because you not starting, that's some 5 year old behavior, but enough of him.

James got a good thing going for him in Cleveland and I'm pretty sure he would like to get his first ring with the team that picked him first. He does not really sound to excited about going to the knicks but if he goes then hey, we might go all the way in the playoffs in 2010. Ticket sales might go through the roof if he comes to the Knicks but then again some people do not like him for the way he be violating them during the home games against the Cavs. I would have some animosity too if i was a die hard Knicks fan, but people get traded all the time and it is only for the betterment for the team, so with the team in mind i would say yes to having Lebron in 2010.

100 million dollar contract

Allan Houston signed a 6 year 100 million dollar contract in 2001 with the New York Knicks. This was and still is said to be one of the most outragoues contracts offered. Like is the Knicks stupid, this guy is damn near 36 what the heck can he still do for you guys. yeah in his prime he was a beast but his prime has came and is long gone.

Allan himself is an idiot because he turned down offers from teams like the cavs and the mavs for the Knicks. Maybe he is not so dumb because he feels can get more playing time with the Knicks. The less then hopeful Knicks have only won 33 games the previous season, he could have definiately be a useful player for the cavs being as they needs shooters to help out LeBron James cause he know he cant do it all even though he is "King James"

Well he did get some playing time, but he had a knee injury (arthritis) which made him play only 70 games for the season. He could shoot for days but elsewhere he was dead weight. He only averaged 2.4 assists and 2.9 rebounds in his career. For his age thats pretty good, only cause most people's fathers are a few years younger than that and they can't even run up and down the court for 5 minutes without having to stop for water or begging for a heartstart machine.

My favorite player!

Yes, Yes you should already know.. My favorite player is the one and only Nathaniel Robinson.

Before he went to the leauge he played in college ball at the University of Washington. His team made it to the NCAA basketball tournament, and to the sweet sixteen during his junior year. My baby was not always a basketball player he played football in college as well. And no they did not just knock him around because he was small, one game he caught an interception thrown by Matt Kegel the quarter back at Washington State which helped them win the game in triple overtime.

Nate was the 2007 and 2009 Sprite Dunk champion. He flies so high.. lol. In his 2007 winning dunk he jumped over spudd webb, and in 2009 he did his anti superman dunk against his competor Dwight Howard. Kryptonate was definiately a crowd pleaser, dwight howard's superman thing was okay but the kryptonate thing was the funniest, only cause he is so little and krypton is supermans weakness.

Improvement

The Knicks have made a major improvement from since the 07-08 season. This year with the new coach Mike Dantoni the knicks have shown a new style of offensive. with an uptempo style the knicks have improved with points per game and the biggest improvement would be in wins.

The Knicks barely missed the playoffs for the 8th seed. The Knicks brought in larry Hughes who has had major production for the Knicks in his short time being there. My baby Nate Rob, has lead the Knicks in scoring off the bench for the season, and was a big spark plug for them in the running, and he also was such a crowd pleaser, making the Knicks fans excited about coming to the games knowing that he would put on a show with his high flying and quick speed.

David Lee came in second in double doubles behind defensive player of the year Dwight Howard. Lee is not the biggest guy on the court but he makes his presence be known. His pick and roll offensive with Chris Duhon made them two almost unstoppable. The Knicks playoff aspirations for the 09-10 season, they landed the number 8 spot luckily in which they look for plug in an other piece to the playoff run.

Where are they now?

Knicks players who were good but are gone now...

Patty Pat Patty... Patrick Ewing Knicks legend was one of the best centers the Knicks ever had. He gave the low standing Knicks one of the top picks in the 1985 draft. Ewing was a beast, in his first year he was announced NBA Rookie of the Year, averaging 20 points per game, 9 rebounds, and 2 blocks per game. That does not sound like a lot at this time but back then, way back then it was outstanding. Patrick was an eleven time NBA All-Star, once named to the All-NBA First Team, six times a member of the All-NBA Second Team, and named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team three times. In the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona, Spain he was apart of the original "Dream Team". He was announced as one of the 50 greatest players in NBA history.

He definitely proved himself worthy of that title, in game one of the 1992 Eastern Conference semifinals the Knicks played the defending NBA Champions the Chicago Bulls, and he was unstoppable, finishing with 34 points, 16 rebounds, and six blocks, and the Knicks defeated the Bulls 94-89.

Right now he is old, fat and retired. He made it to the Hall of Fame on September 5, 2008 and he currently is an assistant coach to the Orlando Magic.. which happens to be in the finals. I wonder why he didn't go to the Knicks? Since he was so great and they feel there can never be another Ewing his number 33 was retired in 2003 by the Knicks.

Given name Steve Francis, but he is often called the Franchise. Steve made a name for his self with his crossover, his driving ability and his flashy dunks. He didn't really do much for the Knicks maybe that's why they traded him for Zach Randolph, Dan Dickau and Fred Jones. I don't know what these people did for the knicks but the general manager thought it was a good idea.
On January 27, 2009 the franchise was put to a stop, after being released from Memphis he is a out of work ball player.

Isiah Thomas, well you guys all kinda know the story with him. Him and Steph get into it he brings the knicks to an incredibly bad season and gets fired. The Knicks hired Thomas on December 22, 2003 as the President of Baskatball Operations, he did failed miserably, when the 2005-06 season came to a close he had the highest playroll in the league and the second worst record with 23 wins and 59 losses. Umm excuse me, Mr. Thomas they are paying you to win games not to stand there argue with the players. He was officaly let free from the Knicks on April 18, 2008. basically he was a waste of money and nothing but dead weight for the Knicks.

Fight Night

Yes, ladies and gentleman welcome to fight night at the garden. Boxing matches are held here but I don't think one was scheduled for tonight..

Fans paid to watch a basketball game with the Denver Nuggets against the New York Knicks and they put on a show tat would last a lifetime...Smh. The game was a disaster, my poor Knicks were getting embarrassed out there. It looked like the Nuggets was running a Fast Break drill on them, nothing but pure steals and outlets passes for the Nuggets. This obviously frustrated the Knicks, I would I would be mad if I was getting embarrassed like that on my home court. The fight broke out after upset and furious Mardy Collins stopped Jr Smith from an easy deuce, by clotheslining him to the floor. After being pinned down to the ground Smith jumped up in Collins face, and Nate jumped in to break up the fight. Nate and Jr both fell into the stands wrestling.. lmao. This is funnier than the boys on Day 26when they fight. Melo swung at Mardy making him do a face plant on to the floor.. smh you that big and you getting knocked out by him, maybe you need some boxing lessons instead. Wanna hear something funny, Jared Jeffries skinny behind chased Melo around the court in hopes of hitting him back for putting Mardy on the ground but you know that aint go down. At first some of his teammates was tryna hold him back but then he got tackled by a player on the Nuggets. Now this guys are football players.. whats next?

Now you know mister boss man commissioner was not letting this fight go down and there not be any repercussions. All players involved in the fight were suspended for a certain amount of games.

Ali, oh I mean Melo got suspended for 15 games for knocking Mardy out, Nate and JR were suspended for 10 games for wrestling in the stands, Mardy got suspended for 6 games for getting knocked out and for clotheslining JR, Jared Jefferies I can only laugh when I hear his name simply because he chased melo all around the court and still didn't get his hit back he looked like a 5 year old tryna play tag with a teenager but he got 4 games for that one what a dummy and Nene and Jerome got one game each but I don't know what they did. Each team was fined $500,000, and the players were suspended without pay. The players lost a combined amount of $1,234,548 in salary.

AREN'T YOU GLAD HE'S GONE!?!

The topic of today would be Stephen Marbury aka Starbury.. I know fans are elated that he is finally gone. He went from being a strong player on the team, to being a burden on the team. Fans hated the way he brought the team down and gave them such a bad name. His constant fighting with former Knicks head coach Isiah Thomas has caused both of them to get bad views..
Marbury was very upset with Thomas because he learned that he would not be starting in a game against the Phoenix Suns, so he flew all the way back to New York on a Charter Plane and it went downhill from there. Marbury felt that he would spite Thomas and the rest of the team by not getting dressed in his game uniform if he was not starting in the game. Best believe he sat there in his suit and tie at the end of the bench, looking foolish with that tattoo of his clothing line logo on his big head.

Marbury expressing his anger to his teammates said, "Isiah has to start me," Marbury fumed, according to the source. "I've got so much (stuff) on Isiah and he knows it. He thinks he can (get) me. But I'll (get) him first. You have no idea what I know."Daily News.com. I have no idea what the dirt it but it must not have been that juicy cause he ain't start Marbury after the so call threat was made. Thomas probably benched him because he lost his touch, Marbury used to be an all-star but with this new uprising of young talented players Marbury's skills has faded in the dust, and missing practices isn't making the situation any better.

Crystal feels..
Marbury just can't keep up with the pace, I mean Nate and Jamal are young fresh players and they easily score and help the Knicks do better. Steph just needs to relieze that his time is up, and resign so that the new guys could shine. Trading him to the Celtics has its ups and downs. He is finally out of the Knicks head and all the bad things they had 2 say about the Knicks are gone with him, but the downside of him going to the Celtics are that they are a championship team and his stubborn ways can cause them to have issues just as the Knicks did. Also, as both Thomas and Marbury are gone from the Knicks they should make-up and publicily apologize to the team, the fans and the Knicks general manager for all the trouble they put everyone through.

Lottery Pick: Future Stars

Well well, surprise, surprise. The Knicks land the number 8 spot to pick out of the draft. This miracle is greatly needed for the less than hopeful Knicks. Stephen Curry, Jonny Flynn, Tyreke Evans and Earl Clark can all be future Knicks stars...
Stephen Curry:Is the son of former NBA player Dell Curry and volleyball star Sonya Curry. He stands at 6 foot 3 inches tall and 185 pounds. Coming out of Davidson College his junior year he decides to drop out and enter into the NBA draft. Curry knows he's good but not good enough to be the top 5 picks. Curry decided to stay at Davidson a year longer so he can develop as a point guard. Personally I feel this wasn't a bad idea because he did play as a shooting guard most of his college and high school career. On January 3, Curry passes the 2000 point mark in his career when he scored 21 points against Samford. Curry does it again, four days later he scored 29 points against Duke and became the second leading scorer in Davidson's history with a point total of 2,488, what an awesome player.
Jonny Flynn: For Jonny a change to the Knicks as his first team in the NBA wouldn't be as drastic, since he wore orange for the past two years in college at Syracuse University. Just 3 inches shorter than Curry and at 186 pounds flynn is hands down one of the top point guards in college basketball. His stat sheet may not be as great as Curry's, but he does carry his own name, unlike Curry who was already looked at because of who his daddy was. In his senior year, he was ranked as the number 22 overall recruit and number 4 point guard, and was a McDonald's All American, you go boy! As a freshmen he showed nothing but promise for the rest of the season. As you may now, NBA star Carmelo Anthony attended Syracuse University and he held the record for most points scored in a freshmen's first game, but Flynn beat it scoring 28 points. Not only is he a good basketball player, but he is cute, he would fit right in with the Knicks since they have a couple of cute players on their team already.

Tyreke Evans: Freshmen phenom, Tyreke Evans of the University of Memphis has decided to enter the NBA draft as his first year comes to a close. He can be considered the Hail Mary for the Knicks, in his sophmore year of high school he was often compared to NBA all-star Tracy McGrady. In his senior year of high school he averaged 32.1 points per game. He played in the McDonald's All American game, he got MVP, a double double; 21 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists, which ultimately help the East to get the "W" over the West.

Earl Clark: "E5" Is the what's the knicks been missing.. a big man that could put in work down low. Don't get me wrong now David Lee been doing fine but he needs some help, and Clark might be that guy. Just take a look at his rap sheet.. click here for his honors achieved.

Crystal's Favorites!!

Wilson Chandler this season was his first year with the knicks but he let his presence be known. Averaging 14.4 points per game and a free throw percentage of 0.795. Even though his numbers was as high as a star players own would be, Chandler's intensity and motivation was that of a team leader.

Pass first score later is a saying you can say always runs threw Knicks guard Chris Duhon head. Duhon has 7
.2 assists thanks to his second half David Lee. The two ran a pick and roll game all season giving Lee record setting double doubles.

Light it up Q-Rich! One of the Knicks clinch 3 point shooters Quentin Richardson has pulled threw for the Knicks numerous amount of times. He is not a starter but his heart is always in the game. At 6 foot 6 inches nearly blinds all his defenders by shooting their eyes out. I would not stand to close to h
im when he has the ball only because i love my eyesight.

My Favorite of them all, even though he is only a few inches taller than me, his hops and speed amazes me. He is the smallest on the team but has the biggest heart. Nate Robinson aka
KryptoNATE a two time all star slam dunk winner is the definition of hope for the Knicks. If it was not for him I would be saying Knicks who? Who the heck is that? Nate has such a way of pleasing the crowd while he plays, I think he is the reason why people go to the garden to see the Knicks cause it surely aint for there winning record...

Knicks 2009-2010 Season

As the 2008- 2009 season comes to a close, early predictions for the New York Knicks begin to ponder in people's mine. David Lee and Nate Robinson both will be free from their contracts, should the Knicks ditch 'em or keep 'em? David Lee was one of the Knicks biggest contributor last season averaging 16 points per game, 11.7 rebounds per game and a free throw percentage of 75.5. Nate Robinson... need I say more. Standing at only 5 foot 9 inches, Nate Robinson has a vertical leap of 43.5 inches. Not only can this little guy fly but he has a quick first step to the basket that leaves his competitors in the dust. This season he averaged 17.2 points per game, a free throw percentage of .841 and a field goal percentage of .437. The two have brought the Knicks some what of success this season, even though they didn't make it to the playoffs this season.
Keeping Robinson and Lee will be one of the smartest things the Knicks general manager would have made. Like Oh My Gosh! why would he trade Jamal Crawford and Zach Randolph. Getting rid of Mardy Collins and Tim Thomas was a reasonable trade they wasn't nothing but dead weight anyway. Before the initial trade of Crawford and Randolph I predicted that the Knicks will end up in the second round in the playoffs, but we can all see how that turned out. The less than hopefull Knicks need players like Robinson and Lee to keep the fans energy level up and to continue to bring hope to the team. Even though Nate is not a star player he is one of the most looked at players, fans love his aligilty, his speed and his charisma. Even when the team is down by 20 Nate always try to put on a show. Lee built a special bond with the new guard Chris Duhon were the ran a pick and roll game all season, this chemistry is something special like how Shaq and Kobe had when they played together on the Lakers.
